City Building Guidelines
(For Moderators)
Registration:
Anyone who is a Moderator or above has the right to establish an official city/town. To qualify, they must first get their city approved by Conner before building their city (the city must be far away from any other city). Once approved, they can build there city however they want to. The inhabitants of the city still must follow all server rules and for the city to receive a telepad station, there must be an adequate infrastructure (with sufficient roads and a city plan that makes sense). Aside from the main server laws, the city owner has the digression to make his own rules for his city. These laws can pertain to land usage only, and must not violate server laws. In addition, they must be posted at ALL official city entrances (including the telepad entrance).
Upkeep (the following rules apply to all cities built in LSMC 2.0 or above):
For a city to remain official, the person moderating it must make sure that the city remains in use. This can be accomplished by many different means, including the annexing/creation of new areas or neighborhoods, city wide projects, building contests, etc. There will be monthly reviews of the cities and if a particular city does not seem to be in use, the manager of it will have one month to restore it before the city is decommissioned and declared obsolete. Once a city is decommissioned, it is no longer the moderator's responsibility to take care of it, and the land may be repurposed.
